Delete Nami Account

Nami – Biofeedback & HRV: Account and Data Deletion

Nami – Biofeedback & HRV is developed by Nossobit.

Nami allows users to sign in with Google. Nossobit does not maintain a separate user profile database for Nami and does not store HRV data, breathing sessions, camera signal data, or biofeedback session content on Nossobit servers.

Request account/data deletion

If you used Google Sign-In in Nami and want to request deletion of any account-related data associated with Nami, email:

support@nossobit.com.br

Subject: Nami Account Deletion Request

Please include the Google email address used to sign in to Nami.

After receiving your request, we will check whether any account-related record associated with your Google Sign-In exists in our systems. If any such record exists, we will delete it.

Local data on your device

Nami stores app data locally on your device. This may include local settings, local session history, and locally processed biofeedback-related data.

To delete local data:

  1. Open Android Settings
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Select Nami
  4. Tap Storage
  5. Tap Clear data

You can also uninstall the app to remove local app data from the device.

Google account access

You can also remove Nami’s access to your Google account through your Google Account settings:

Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services → Nami → Remove access

Data retention

Because Nossobit does not store a separate Nami user profile database or biometric session content on its servers, in most cases there may be no server-side account data to delete.

Some limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase/subscription processing handled by Google Play.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
